Abstract

Background and Objectives: One of the beliefs of humankind in all divine and spiritual religions, particularly Islam, is the emphasis on mystical belief. Mystical beliefs have been prevalent among a group of Muslims since the early centuries of Islam. Therefore, a more comprehensive introduction to Attar's mystical valleys is included in the twelfth-grade textbook. This is necessary and essential for the younger generation to become more familiar with these concepts.
Given the importance of Attar as a model in the land of mysticism, in the twelfth-grade Persian textbook, lesson fourteen, «Phoenix and the Thirty Birds» explains the mystical ideas and valleys in a descriptive-analytical manner.
